Delivery Details


All deliveries are completed within 10 days. Our team will contact you once a delivery day has been allocated.

Please note that while we can’t guarantee a specific delivery day, you’re welcome to include any preferred days or special requests in the order notes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Pick Up


Pick-up is available immediately during opening hours from our warehouse at 53–57 Abbott Road, Hallam.

All orders must be collected within 7 days of purchase. This can be done in multiple trips over the 7 days.


When you arrive, please visit the office first to collect your pick-up docket.

Please note, we are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

• Pre order items are not currently in stock and are currently estimated to arrive into Melbourne around mid to late July 2026. Arrival dates are a guide only and may change due to shipping, customs, supplier, or transport delays outside of our control.

• Full payment is required to secure your pre order.

• Pre order items cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind once the order has been placed.

• If significant delays occur, we will do our best to keep customers updated.

• Delivery or collection will be actioned once stock has arrived at our warehouse and has been processed.

• All pre order sales remain subject to our standard warranty and store policies.

• Product colours and finishes may vary slightly from photos shown online or in store due to lighting, screens, and supplier variations.
