Warranties & Returns

If you have any concerns regarding a product you have purchased from us, please send our Facebook page a private message and attach any photos which might help us resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Payments / Cancellations

All items must be paid for upfront and in full. We will not hold any items, nor will we accept deposits for them.

Once payment has been made for items you can not cancel your order. Failure to collect your items or accept delivery of your items will result in the loss of your items and you will not be refunded for them.

Please note colours, fabric textures and wood grains may vary from photos. We encourage you to view items in person to ensure you are happy with them prior to purchasing.

Refund policy

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality deemed by the manufacturer and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund simply for change of mind or circumstances.

Warranty

Please read descriptions of all items sold at Casey Furniture as not all items include warranty. The below terms are not applicable to items labelled with *AS IS NO WARR*.

Timber: 1 year structural.

Lounge: 1 year structural on frames; 1 year on seating and mechanisms (mechanisms covered to 120 kg weight load only) and 1 year on stitching/covering (not including fabric pilling).

Electric Recliners: 1 year on motors and mechanisms (mechanisms covered to 120 kg weight load only) and 1 year on lights, USB charges, switches and bluetooth devices.

All other goods sold by us are covered by manufacturers’ warranties (if applicable).

 Defects covered by our supplier warranties will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, cost to you for parts or direct repair labour.

Our supplier warranties do not cover, and we are not liable for:

o   Any fading or other change in colouration (“exposure”), any damage caused by general day to day wear and tear (“general usage”) or if the goods are used in a manner outside of their prescribed or ordinary use.

o   Deliberate or negligent damage, or damage caused by failing to follow operating instructions.

o   Products which have been stored incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered or cleaned with the wrong cleaning products or methods.

o   The appearance of scars, similar marks and differing pore density and colour of leather which are natural characteristics of leather and are not considered defects.

o   Products which have been placed outdoors or in a humid environment.

o   Damage caused by connection to the wrong voltage, power outages, electrical power surges or improper supply voltage.

o   Damage caused by vermin, insects or household pets.

o   Products that have been used for non-domestic purposes.

o   Damage caused during the transportation of products and the unboxing of items.

o   Cases where no fault or defect in the product or its components could be found by us.

o   Products or their components which have been repaired by non-qualified persons, or where non-original parts have been used in repairing products or their components.

Should you wish to lodge a claim please contact our Facebook page directly. You must be the original purchaser of the items and supply the original receipt of purchase.
