All deliveries are completed within 10 days. Our team will contact you once a delivery day has been allocated.

Please note that while we can’t guarantee a specific delivery day, you’re welcome to include any preferred days or special requests in the order notes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Pick-up is available immediately during opening hours from our warehouse at 53–57 Abbott Road, Hallam.

All orders must be collected within 7 days of purchase. This can be done in multiple trips over the 7 days.


When you arrive, please visit the office first to collect your pick-up docket.

Please note, we are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
